All orders placed by 10 am, will ship that day. We will only accept returns if your fabric has not: 1.Been washed 2.Damaged 3.Altered or cut into 4.Used in any other way. Once we received your returned order and it has been inspected, we will process the refund of your order. There will be a 30% restocking fee on returned items. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, contact us and we will process a reshipment. If you received damaged product, please provide a photo of the product and receipt you have received for our identification purposes. Incorrect Products: We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please contact us immediately with your transaction number and attach a photo of the item you did receive so that we may identify the mistake.
