  • Returns

    We will only accept returns if your fabric has not been Washed, Damaged, Altered, Cut, or used in any other way.
    Once we received your returned order and it has been inspected, we will process the refund or store credit of your order. There will be a 30% restocking fee on returned fabric.
    If there is an mistake in your order, contact us immediately with your transaction number and attach a photo of the item you did receive so that we may identify the mistake.

  • Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or stolen, contact us and we will process a reshipment. If you received damaged product, please provide a photo of the product and receipt you have received for our identification purposes.
