Once we received your returned order and it has been inspected, we will process the refund of your order. There will be a 30% restocking fee on returned items. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, contact us and we will process a reshipment. If you received damaged product, please provide a photo of the product and receipt you have received for our identification purposes. Incorrect Products: We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order.
